Manvika Web & Digital Marketing Agency understands that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our students and our business operations.
Training Course Cancellation
Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must inform us before the training program begins.
If cancellation is requested before the course start date, the request may be reviewed and processed according to our refund policy.
Once the training program has started and course materials or sessions have been accessed, cancellation requests may not be eligible for refunds.
Digital Marketing Service Cancellation
Clients who wish to cancel digital marketing services must notify us in writing.
If the project has already started, cancellation may not result in a refund for work completed or resources already allocated.
For monthly marketing services, cancellation requests should be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
